Lost Valley is open Monday – Thursday, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Fridays from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Trails:
All trails at Lost Valley are thoughtfully designed with skiing and snowboarding in mind. Take a cruiser down Logging Trail, or warm up on Big Buck. Lost Valley shines in being a popular ski mountain, minutes away from the city. While looking at the trails below, look for that special symbol, as those are Keegan’s favorite trails and the ones he recommends.

Learning Area:
The learning area is accessed by the Cub Carpet. This beginner area is great for getting your skills up, before heading up on the big chair.

Learning Center – The Learning Center is a great, wide-open trail for those who are learning the sport, practicing their skills, or just folks who want an easy warmup.

Chair #1 Area:
The Chair #1 Area services mostly expert trails, by 2 lifts. Chair #1 and Chair #3 provide great access to great glade skiing, and can also get you to the other side of the mountain.

Logging Trail – This cruiser of a trail takes skiers around the skier’s right side of the mountain.
Ermine – This double black glade is sandwiched between Logging Trail and Lynx.
Lynx – Like most of the expert trails at Lost Valley, Lynx is short and steep. Lynx will put skiers and riders back onto Logging Trail, and you’ll come out by the Learning Center.
Raccoon – Raccoon is a black diamond trail off Chair #1. This is the newest trail at Lost Valley, and it’s in between Logging Trail and Lynx.
Raccoon Glades – Raccoon Glades is a double black glade off Chair #1. This is the biggest gladded area at Lost Valley, and it’s sandwiched between Lynx and Coyote.
Coyote – Fresh off Chair #3, Coyote is a straight shot down to the learning area. You can also access the Coyote Crosscut to avoid the learning area. Coyote is the trail under the Chair #3 liftline.
Weasel – While narrow due to the location, Weasel is a great little glade. Placed between Coyote and Bull Moose, and you’ll finish out on Coyote Crosscut.
Coyote Crosscut – The Coyote Crosscut takes skiers and riders from Coyote to Bull Moose.
Bull Moose – Directly under the lift, Bull Moose is a trail that winds down in front of the lodge. Heads up – everyone will be watching those sweet turns!
Rabbit Run – This beginner trail takes you from the top bullwheel of Chair #1 over to the Chair #2 area. You can also access Possum Park, one of two terrain parks at Lost Valley.
Pine Grove – This trail takes you to the main clear-cut part of the mountain. Bringing skiers and riders to trails like Big Buck, and if you push, Bobcat Terrain Park and Bobcat.
Woodchuck – This glade is surrounded by Bull Moose and Pine Grove and puts you back onto Bull Moose.
Deer Run – Deer Run takes skiers from the top of Chair #1 to the other side of the mountain. Bringing you to trails like Foxhole, Bobcat, and Bobcat Terrain Park.
Big Buck – The Big Buck trail is part of the clear-cut on the middle of the mountain. This trail takes skiers and riders back to the Chair #1 loading area and the base area.

Chair #2 Area:
The Novice Double Chair services green trails and those trails you might want to warm up on. If you’re a beginner, this is the area for you.

Chipmunk – This trail loops around the top bullwheel of Chair #2 and takes skiers to either Foxhole, Beaver, Bear, or Squirrel Run.
Foxhole – Foxhole is a crosscut trail, accessed by either Chipmunk or Rabbit Run, and snakes skiers under the lift and round to the tubing park side of the mountain.
Bobcat – Accessed by either Deer Run or Chipmunk, this trail is a part of the clear-cut middle part of the mountain.
Marten – Marten is a short glade on the easier side, located between Bobcat and Porcupine.
Skunk – This trail is a short one that goes around the Muskrat Glade. It takes skiers to the Foxhole trail.
Muskrat – This short glade at the top of Chair #2, in between Skunk and Beaver, is a steep and tight gladed run.
Beaver – This short trail goes around the Muskrat glade and connects skiers back onto Foxhole.
Porcupine – Accessed by either Foxhole or Fisher, this short trail loops around Chair #2 and puts you on the Tubing Park side of the mountain.
Fisher – The Fisher trail is one that runs down the side of Chair #2 and connects skiers with Lower Foxhole.
Lower Foxhole – This trail is the lower version of Foxhole and can be accessed by a wide range of trails. Those include Fisher, Foxhole, Beaver, and Mink Glade.
Mink – Mink glade is a short and steep glade in between Fisher and Bear and will give you a run for your money. Connecting back onto Lower Foxhole.
Bear – This wide-open blue run is a great cruising trail. It takes skiers from Chipmunk to Lower Foxhole.
Mouse – The Mouse glade is a short glade on the easier side. Between Otter Slide and Bear, you’ll connect to Otter Slide when you’re done in the trees.
Otter Slide – Otter Slide is a winding trail that runs around the Mouse glades and takes skiers and riders to the Tubing Park area.
Squirrel Run – The Squirrel Run trail is a very long, easy run from the top of Chair #2 to the bottom, even going below the Tubing Park.
Flying Squirrel – This glade takes skiers from Squirrel Run to either Otter Slide or back onto Squirrel Run.

Terrain Parks:
Lost Valley has two terrain parks for your skiing and riding pleasure. Possum Park to start out small and work on your skills, and the Bobcat Terrain Park has lots of varying features. These change regularly, so be sure to keep tabs on the mountain’s report page: lostvalleyski.com/trails-conditions

Possum Park (S/M) – This beginner terrain park is located off the Rabbit Run trail located on the Chair #1 area.
Bobcat Terrain Park (S/M/L) – This is Lost Valley’s main terrain park. Complete with jumps, rails, boxes, and more, check it out on the Chair #2 area. Accessed by Chipmunk, this park is viewed from the base area.
