Skis:
Typically, finding a good fitting set of skis is done through the following measurements:
Adults – Between eyebrows and chin
Children – Between chin and chest
While a longer ski is more challenging as it’s harder to control, take into account how much of the ski will be touching the snow. Twin tips, for example, have the front and back of the ski completely off the snow.

Ski Boots:
Find your street shoe size on the shoe chart then find the corresponding mondo size. Typically, ski boots do not come in half sizes. Round up for good measure.

Ski Poles
When trying out alpine (downhill) ski poles, flip the pole upside down then hold the pole under the basket. Your elbow should make a perfect 90 degrees. If you can’t try them in person, the following chart should help find

GIRO Helmets:
To measure, use a soft tape measure and wrap it around your head, just above the eyebrows. The size it reads at the overlap is your helmet size.
