Cardboard Box Race At Pleasant:
Get those boxes ready as Pleasant Mountain is hosting their annual Cardboard Box Race this Saturday. The theme is “The Golden Era” and all information and rules can be found on their website, linked below.

Women On The Rise:
Saddleback is hosting Women On The Rise, an uphill event honoring Women on International Women’s Day. Join the fun on Saturday, March 8 and see the link below for all the details.

Gear Theft Around The State:
There have been multiple incidents of theft happening around the state at various mountains. While this could be a total accident, please make sure you are putting your skis/snowboards on the racks (and remember where you put it), snapping into your skis when you head out onto the hill, and leaving for the day with your equipment. If you happen to take someone’s gear by accident, make sure to reach out to the resort that the accident happened at. It can also help put out a Facebook post on that mountain’s group. 3rd. Annual Back To The Banks:
Saddleback will once again be hosting the Back To The Banks Banked Slalom on Saturday, March 15. The cost to enter is $60 plus an eligible lift ticket or season pass. Learn more and sign up for this event by clicking the link below.

Banked Slalom At Sugarloaf:
Featuring a course of banked-turns winding down Sugarloaf’s iconic East Coast terrain, the objective of the Sugarloaf Banked Slalom is simple: the fastest rider to the bottom wins in each division. Learn more and sign up below.

Spring Fest Weekend At Sunday River:

Lollipop Race:
Calling all kids 12 and under, Every Sunday at Saddleback, the Saddleback Ski School will be hosting the event. From 1-2, the gates will be open for racing followed by awards on the deck. contact the Ski School desk to sign up. The race takes place on skiers right of Royal Tiger, just below the Rangeley Chair. Last Chair:
What a rollercoaster of a week! We started with some warm temperatures, getting upwards of 40 degrees during mid-day, and then we got rain, followed by snow, followed by wind. See the full weather report below and make sure to keep an eye on our Resort Status page as some resorts are yet to reopen.

Some serious wind is impacting lift operations! Keep tabs on the Mountain Lift Status page to stay in the loop with the current lift status. As the weekend kicks off, we’re forecasting more strong wind both days with the strongest happening on Saturday.
