Titcomb Breaks Ground Tomorrow:
Titcomb Mountain recently posted sharing that tomorrow is the groundbreaking event for their new T-Bar. It’s scheduled for Saturday, August 30 at 10:00am. Check out the event and stop by to stand beside a community.

Sunday River Showcases Improvements:
On a Facebook post that was shared from the resort this week, they showed a video of some explosions happening on and around some popular trails off the Locke Mountain area. The work, which will allow for a new booster house around the mid-station of the Locke Mountain Trple. Check out the video explaining it all by clicking the link below.

Big Moose Mountain Started Trail Trimming:
Big Moose Mountain in Greenville has been very busy these last few days. Crews have been hard at work trimming the upper mountain trails. You can help donate to this great cause by using the link below.

Summer Après Series at Sugarloaf:
Sugarloaf will once again be hosting the Summer Après Series on the Beach. The free concerts on the beach will be performed by the the following artists on the dates below.

Swig and Swing:
Registration is now open for Sugarloaf’s 7th Annual Swig and Swing event at the Sugarloaf Golf Course. Happening on Friday, October 10, don’t miss it. Sign up and learn more below.

Last Chair:
As we get ready for another weekend, we’ve seen a week of cool temperatures and mostly great conditions. These conditions allowed Black Mountain to install 5 new snow guns.
Weather:
Those are some cool, fall-like temperatures. And while we’re looking at some scattered showers throughout the day today and tomorrow, we aren’t expecting much rain. Once the rain has passed, check out our Summer Activities page filled with everything you could want to do in the Maine mountains.
