Winter Festival at Pleasant Mountain:
The Winter Festival is tonight! Meet in Blizzard’s Pub before the visual extravaganza. They’ll send out the evening with a torchlight parade followed by a fantastic fireworks display at 8:30 pm. Start making your plans now! Learn more below.
Vertical Challenge at BigRock:
The Vertical Challenge returns to BigRock on January 3 for a full day of racing, giveaways, sponsor goodies, and pure winter joy. This is a family-friendly stop with big personality, perfect for first-timers and returning VC legends.

WinterKids Family Day at Lost Valley:
Join other WinterKids Familes for their Family Day at Lost Valley this Sunday. WinterKids Passport Family Members will have access to One free junior lift ticket with the purchase of a full-priced lift ticket. Vertical Challenge at Saddleback:
The 4th Vertical Challenge at Saddleback is on January 11. Skiers and snowboarders are divided by gender and age to compete for gold, silver, and bronze medals in each category. In addition to the races, attendees enjoy a festival element, featuring snowy activities, games, free samples, and swag for all ages, plus prizes given away throughout a fun day at the mountain. Don’t miss the fun!

Last Chair:
Phew, I’m glad that… whatever it was, is done and snowmakers can return to the hill to refresh everything. I guess it wasn’t all bad since some mountains picked up 6 inches of snow. The good news is that the fresh snow was mixed into the existing snow, making for a smoother surface.
Weather:
It’s going to be a chilly one out there this weekend! Make sure you are protected from the cold and wind with face coverings, gloves, and goggles. Take breaks often, espically if you’re skiing with little ones.
